For those who insist their friends, boyfriends, cousins, second cousins, sisters, mothers, fathers have supposedly drawn this image first.

I will invoke the poor man's copyright - that is - the DATE I posted this piece is sufficient enough to prove this artwork is mine. October 2004. You cannot change the dates of the original posting through editing. DA won't let you.

Please, please stop embarrassing yourselves and accusing me of stealing my own work. I admit, it was amusing at first, but getting notes daily, weekly, or monthly that someone else stole this picture is ridiculous.

And please do not come on my comment board with your guns a'blazin that your *insert random relation here* drew this picture.

They did not.

And a bit of advice? Tell them to take the pic down before they got reported for copyright theft.

04/13/08: If anyone sees this picture on any sites but DA, and if anyone sees this picture ON DA, and my user name is nowhere in sight: that means the picture is stolen. I want to know about it. Note me and report the user who posted it. Thanks.

im just reporting someone "saying thay drew this pic" i knew thay didnt draw it but iv been looking for the person that did

Caslya is her deviant name she also slayer4ladyblackvamp

caslya is the one that has this peace in color and im sure it says something about "her drawing it" she switched to slayer4ladyblackvamp after i have been watching her because she has been drawing my character as well without permisson she never asks or trys to im realy upset that she does this and complains about others stealing artwork

I got accused of stealing/tracing your picture. But I got inspired by your picture and made my own version Not traacing ANYTHING I just drew on paper what I saw on the internet Which was this amazing picture.
Im sorry if I give the wrong Idea I will take it off Devaint Art if need but I was inspired, not copying.
